14-DAY COMFORT POLICY

 

14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate your request.

 

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• unused and unopened in original packaging  
• in original condition  
• all original seals must be intact and unopened  
• include all original parts, accessories, components, and inserts  
• free from damage not caused during shipping  

 

Return Requests

To initiate a return, please contact us at fifthform.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Returns shipped without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the claim and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.


Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for:

  • items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • items returned without original packaging
  • items marked as final sale, where applicable
  • items not in their original condition
  • items missing parts, accessories, or components
  • items with opened, broken, or removed seals, including protective or hygienic seals

Certain products may not be eligible for return depending on the item’s condition, packaging, hygiene status, missing components, or other return-related factors. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

Excessive or Abusive Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, excessive return requests, or fraudulent activity.

 

Processing Notes

In some cases, we may resolve issues without requiring a physical return of the item.

All return and refund decisions are made at our discretion based on the details of each case.
