Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping & Delivery Time

Due to high demand and our global fulfillment network, orders are shipped directly from our production partners.

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days.

In some cases, delivery may take longer depending on location, carrier delays, or customs processing.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

If your tracking has not updated after this time, please contact us and we will assist you.


Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

• carrier disruptions  
• customs processing  
• weather conditions  
• high order volume  

We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.

This means items may arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

 

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an issue occurs, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.
